Presented by Barry Mallis, naturalist and FoF volunteer.
This geology hike will provide views of some of the area’s prominent features and will provide time to pause and discuss the forces at play in creating this amazing landscape. This moderate hike will be approx. 4 miles long, have 500′ of elevation gain, and will take 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
Due to some steeper elevation changes, this hike is not suited for beginner hikers.
